Booking time policy

• Would you like if your booking started at 5PM and when you arrived on time another booking who’s time has passed is still on your court and refusing to leave because “their game is almost done”. This is NOT acceptable, please be out of the court on time. There is no extra time given.

• What if there is no booking after mine, can I stay a bit longer? No, if you wish to book additional time contact us at (832) 764- 8720 to book additional time.

Overstaying your booking will result in a $200 additional fee.

Booking guests

• Only a limited amount of guest are allowed per booking, this depends on which court is booked and the limits are listed in the booking page through SQUARE.

• Children must be under adult supervision at all times.

• No smoking, vaping or alcohol are allowed in premises.

• Disrespectful actions towards staff or any others is not allowed, fighting or horseplay is not allowed.

Keeping a clean facility

• No food is allowed.

• Place your trash in the trash bin and clean up after yourself and children.

• Water and sports drinks are allowed only on the sidelines.

Re schedule and cancelation of bookings

L All cancelations are subject to a bank processing fee.

Cancelations made within 24 hours of scheduled booking will only receive 50% back.

Re-scheduling is allowed without penalty if made at least 24 hours prior to booking.
